Where Art Meets Nature
Serenity Ledge House Concerts is an exclusive performance series not advertised to the general public. Guests get to meet and sit several feet from incredible musicians in our living room situated on a picturesque, ten-acre ridge in Winter Harbor, Maine, above Frenchman Bay and Acadia National Park.
Our concerts are the perfect way to spend an evening and a GREAT GIFT IDEA!. Where else can you go in Downeast Maine, in the shoulder seasons of spring and autumn, to see stellar, up-close and personal performances with delicious foods to eat?

Things to Know for 2026...
1. The concert address in Winter Harbor will be provided with your ticket confirmation.
2. All shows (except Sunday, March 29) are on Saturdays. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Music begins at 6:00 p.m.
3. Bring a heavy hors d'oeuvre, enough to share with 6 or 7 people. Dessert, tea, and coffee are provided. Other beverages are BYOB.
4. There's time between and after the sets to chat with the performer, purchase merch, and make some new friends.
Ticket Information
Tickets are fully refundable until 48 hours before
each show, so there's no risk in getting yours early!
- Book early! Only 28 tickets are sold for each show (3 Premium, 25 Regular). NOTE: NO TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR!
- $35 for Premium Seats (leather couch)
- $25 for Regular Seats

CAROLANN SOLEBELLO is a performing songwriter born and bred in NYC. A founding member of Americana trio Red Molly, Carolann now tours as a solo troubadour and with modern folk foursome No Fuss and Feathers. Her smooth, compelling voice and warm acoustic guitar style nod to rural folk traditions while her rhythmic precision and sophisticated phrasing plant her firmly in the present. Carolann is a proud member of the Jack Hardy Songwriters’ Exchange in New York City, and has garnered a number of songwriting awards. She placed first at both the 2011 Susquehanna Music and Arts Festival (MD) and the 2015 Musicians on a Mission Songwriting Contest (NJ), third at the 2014 SolarFest Songwriting Competition (VT), and earned both a Silver Award (Folk/Acoustic category) and the Director's Choice Award at the 2016 Mid-Atlantic Song Contest (DC). Carolann also performed as an Official Showcase Artist at the Folk AIliance International (FAI), Northeast Regional (NERFA), and Southeast Regional (SERFA) conferences in 2012, 2016, and 2019, respectively.
